Z26 is ZCORE’s annual community event taking place in Naples, Italy. The event brings together community members from around the world through football, social activities and fundraising.

Football & Equipment

Player tickets include a custom Z26 tournament jersey, which participants will keep after the event.

Participants should bring their own shorts, socks, football footwear and/or any other sporting apparel they wish to wear during the tournament.

We encourage attendees to wear whatever sporting clothing they feel comfortable participating in, provided it is safe and appropriate for football activities.

The tournament will be played on synthetic (artificial) grass pitches.

To help protect the playing surface and ensure player safety, metal studs and traditional firm-ground football boots with long studs should not be worn.

We recommend trainers, turf shoes or football boots designed for artificial grass surfaces.

Further information and pitch photographs will be shared closer to the event.

The tournament will be played on synthetic (artificial) grass.

Please do not bring boots with metal studs or long traditional studs.

Suitable footwear includes:

  • Astro turf trainers
    • Turf football shoes
    • Artificial grass (AG) football boots
    • Moulded rubber stud football boots designed for artificial surfaces

If you are unsure whether your footwear is suitable, please contact the organising team before travelling and we will be happy to advise.

Players wearing unsuitable footwear may be asked not to participate for safety reasons.

Travel & Preparation

If you are travelling to Naples from another country, we strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate travel insurance before travelling.

Travel insurance can help provide cover for unexpected situations such as medical treatment, cancellations, delays, lost luggage or other travel-related issues.

It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure they have appropriate insurance cover for their individual circumstances.

Naples is a coastal city and temperatures in late September can still be warm, particularly during the daytime.

We recommend bringing:

  • Refillable water bottle
    • Sunglasses
    • Hat or cap
    • Sunscreen
    • Comfortable clothing and footwear

Attendees should stay hydrated throughout the weekend, especially during outdoor activities and the football tournament.

    • Travel insurance details
    • Appropriate football footwear (if participating)
    • Comfortable clothing for warm weather
    • Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen
    • Refillable water bottle
    • Any personal medication you may require
    • Phone charger and travel adapters if needed

Tickets & Finances

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Ticket transfers may be possible subject to the event’s Terms & Conditions.

Ticket sales help cover the costs of delivering the event and supporting the long-term sustainability of the project.

Ticket inclusions vary depending on the ticket selected, and full details can be found on the ticketing page.

All ticket options include access to the football tournament day, which is the main event of the weekend. Some tickets may also include access to additional activities, social events or benefits as outlined at the time of purchase.

At this time, we do not offer discounted tickets for attendees who choose not to attend the football tournament. Ticket pricing is based on supporting the delivery of the overall event experience rather than access to individual activities.

Please note that some activities may have separate capacity limits or booking requirements due to venue restrictions and operational considerations.

The Z26 football tournament is the main event of the weekend and requires a sufficient number of players to take place successfully.

To support the operational needs of the event, some CIAK places have been allocated to Player packages. While ticket options may be reviewed in the future, maintaining enough participants for the football tournament remains a priority.

Yes. ZCORE reviews community demands/feedback. We may adjust ticket allocation and structures in future based on community needs, operational requirements, and available resources.

Event planning requires balancing venue capacities, budgets, operational requirements and community demand. While we consider all feedback carefully, it is not always possible to offer every ticket configuration during a particular event cycle.

Ticket prices are based on the expected costs of delivering the event safely and responsibly.

This includes venue and facility hire, insurance, equipment, event materials, participant items, technology and livestreaming requirements, travel and logistical costs, administration, and other operational expenses required to organise and deliver the event.

As a community-led project, our aim is to keep ticket prices as accessible as possible while ensuring the event can be delivered to an appropriate standard.

The tournament venue is located outside Naples city centre, so we have arranged an optional shuttle bus to help attendees travel to and from the venue safely, conveniently and cost-effectively.

The shuttle service is only viable if enough attendees choose to use it, so every booking helps us make the service available for the wider community.

Attendees are welcome to arrange their own transport if they prefer, however taxis and other transport options may be more expensive and less reliable depending on demand and availability.

Ticket sales help fund the delivery of the event itself. This allows ZCORE to organise community activities, create opportunities for people to connect, and support charitable initiatives in a sustainable way.

Organising events also creates opportunities for fundraising, awareness and long-term community impact that would not otherwise be possible.

Supporters who wish to make a direct contribution to our charity partners can do so through our dedicated donation campaigns, where 100% of direct charitable donations are allocated to the selected charities.

Some venues and activities have capacity limits due to venue size, safety requirements and operational considerations.

When selecting venues, a variety of factors must be considered, including availability, accessibility, location, suitability for the activity, cost, and venue restrictions. As a result, not every activity can accommodate all attendees at the same time.

Where attendance limits apply, these will be clearly communicated in advance and spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated.

100% of direct charitable donations are allocated to the selected charity partners and are not used for operational expenses.

Charity partners are selected through a combination of community input and organisational review.

For the current charity cycle, the community was invited to vote on the causes they most wanted ZCORE to support. Based on the results of that poll, the selected focus areas were women, children and LGBTQIA+ causes.

The team then researched and evaluated charities working within those areas, considering factors such as their impact, credibility, local relevance and alignment with ZCORE’s values before selecting the final charity partners.

Yes.Transparency is important to us and we intend to publish information relating to funds raised, event costs, donations made and community impact.

Any surplus generated by ZCORE is managed in accordance with our Financial Management, Reserve & Charitable Giving Policy.

Before any surplus is allocated, the organisation must first meet its financial obligations, cover approved expenses and maintain an appropriate reserve fund to support future events, operational costs, regulatory requirements and unforeseen circumstances.

Once the reserve fund has reached its target level, surplus funds are allocated between supporting the future sustainability of the organisation and charitable giving, in accordance with our policy.

This approach helps ensure that ZCORE can continue creating positive community experiences while supporting meaningful causes over the long term.

Yes. Supporters can contribute through direct donation campaigns and fundraising initiatives even if they are unable to attend in person.

Sponsors can support ZCORE through a range of partnership opportunities, including financial sponsorship packages, in-kind contributions and collaborative promotional activities.

We welcome support in the form of funding, products, services, equipment, prizes, venue support, travel assistance, media coverage and other resources that help us deliver events and maximise community impact.

A range of sponsorship packages are available for organisations wishing to support our mission, and we are always happy to discuss bespoke partnership opportunities that align with our values and objectives.

Charity Partners

For the current charity cycle, ZCORE is supporting:

  • Pride Vesuvio
  • The Circle NGO
  • Insuperabili

The charities supported by ZCORE are selected through a combination of community input and organisational review.

Ahead of each charity cycle, community members are invited to help identify the causes they would most like ZCORE to support. For the current cycle, the community voted for women, children and LGBTQIA+ causes as priority areas.

The team then researched organisations working within those categories and selected charity partners based on factors such as their impact, credibility, community benefit and alignment with ZCORE’s values and mission.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific campaign, direct charitable donations are distributed equally among the selected charity partners.

We aim to distribute direct charitable donations as soon as reasonably possible following the completion of fundraising activities and verification of donation totals.

Option 1: We aim to publish donation confirmations and impact updates whenever reasonably possible.

Option 2: We are committed to publishing confirmation of charitable donations made through ZCORE whenever reasonably possible, subject to any privacy or administrative requirements of the receiving organisations.

Accessibility & Language Support

Yes. We want ZCORE to be accessible to as many people as possible. Our website includes automatic translation features and we will continue looking for ways to improve language accessibility.

Yes. We welcome questions in both English and Italian and will do our best to respond appropriately.

We aim to have community members available who can assist with translation and communication where needed.

Community & Online Platforms

You can follow ZCORE through our website, Telegram/Discord servers, and official social media channels.

An invitation link can be found through our website and official social media channels.

We aim to livestream parts of the event where practical, allowing supporters who cannot attend in person to still be part of the experience. Livestream availability may vary depending on venue permissions, internet connectivity, and technical requirements.

We are exploring livestream and digital participation options to help international supporters stay involved.

There are many ways to support ZCORE even if you can’t join us in person.

You can contribute through direct donations, support our fundraising campaigns, purchase merchandise, engage with our online content, participate in livestreams, share our projects with others, or explore sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us grow the community, support meaningful causes, and create positive impact.
